GENERAL |
| 1. |
Can market timing really be done? |
|
Many "so called" experts will tell you that market timing can not be done
consistently, We would beg to differ with them. Many investors can not time the
market because their decisions are based upon emotion and a lack of discipline.
The market makes investors follow the crowd and buy when they should be selling,
and selling when they should be buying. We think that with a proven 100%
mechanical system and the discipline to follow it over time will help remove the
emotions from the investing process. |
| 2. |
Since your signal is so accurate, why still sell your signal intead trade
yourself? |
|
Well, we have managed a hedge fund and managed fund, Sell trading signal is our
secondary business. |
| 3. |

SYSTEM & MODEL |
| .5. |
How often does the system trade? |
|
This System is designed to trade mid-term trends. We average 5-10 trades per
year. This may not seem like very many trades, but throughout the years these
signals have proven to be extremely profitable in good and bad markets. |
| 6. |
Is the system mechanical? |
|
Yes, it is 100% mechanical; there is no subjective criteria to generate the
signals. |
| 7. |
Are the results you show live signals or are they back-tested? |
|
The system has been back-tested since Jan 1990. All our results are real-time
since November 1, 2005. |
|
|
|
SIGNAL |
| 8. |
Do you follow your timing signal? |
|
Yes. We pratice what we preach. We has a substantial
funds invested using the signals generated. |
| 9. |
Why would you not issue a cash signal? |
|
Our system is based on finding turning points in the
market, so a cash signal should not be necessary. We want to be in the market at
all times to capture the movements in each direction. |
| 10. |
I’m a new subscriber and I want to get started right away. Should I wait for
a signal change or act on your current one? |
|
How you use our signals is of course up to you.
However, we would suggest that you wait until the next signal before beginning
our trading program. Since we are likely to change the signal several times per
year, it is unlikely that you will have to wait long before the next signal
change. The other risk of acting in between signals is that most of the gain may
already be captured, and you could be entering a trade where a shorter term
cycle will work against you. |
| 11. |
What do I do when your signal changes? |
|
What you do when our signal changes depends upon the
risk you are willing to accept, and the actions you are comfortable in taking.
We outline these possibilities under Concept section.
Please read this section to get the most out of your subscription. Regardless of
how you use our signal, our recommendation is that you act on it as soon as
possible regardless of your risk profile. |
| 12. |
How are the signals generated? |
|
We use a proprietary system to generate the signals.
As such, it takes the emotion out of trading that so often trips up investors.
In building our stock market timing model, we have attempted to balance
efficiency (i.e. the best possible return for a given timeframe) vs. infrequent
trading in order to optimize performance vs. convenience and cost for our
subscribers. Typically our system might trade about 5-10 times per year,
although this might vary in different market conditions. |
| 13. |
Are your results verified by a third party? |
|
Yes. Our signals are submitted to Collective2
(www.Collective2.com), a tracking service which independently verifies market
timing services. We include the verification logo for Collective2 on our webpages
in order for anyone to click through to their site and verify our results. |
| 14. |
How will you notify me when the signal changes? |
|
After every session of the markets closes, our system
is run to see if a new signal change is necessary. If so, subscribers are sent
an e-mail notifying them of this change, such that they may act on it in the
following trading session (or sooner if they are using after-hours trading or
futures market trading). |

TRADING |
| 18. |
Your current signal is losing money. Should I move to a money market fund and
wait for a signal change? |
|
No, you should not! If in doubt, have a look at our
performance page and you will see that the best
course of action is to simply follow the signal. |
| 19. |
Your current signal has gained so much, isn't it time to take some profits? |
|
It is, of course, for you to decide! If in doubt,
have a look at our performance page and you will
see that the best course of action is to simply follow the signal. |
| 20. |
Why not just use a Buy-and-Hold strategy instead of a trading-the-market
strategy? |
|
In our opinion, a Buy and Hold strategy incurs too
much downside risk, whereas with market-trading, when you are successful, your
gain is much more, and your risk is substantially less. Please refer to our Risk
Reduction page for a more details. |
